The NES Classic Mini back!Late a year ago, Nintendo launched its NES Classic Mini, a replica of both miniature and modern console 8-bit from our childhood we have spent hours for The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros 3, Megaman 2, Castlevania, or Double Dragon 2.

Specifics about the re-release aren't yet known, but overseas Nintendo said it is planning new shipments for the northern hemisphere summer. "We will announce sales dates at a later time".

Nintendo attributed the decision to stop production to "limited resources". This resulted in a huge price spike on platforms like eBay and Amazon, as players were forced to turn to third party distributors to get their hands on the console. We understand that it has been hard for many consumers to find a system, and for that we apologize.

However, Nintendo has just confirmed that the production of the NES Classic Mini was going to resume very soon. "But from our perspective, it's important to recognize where our future is and the key areas that we need to drive", continued Fils-Aime.

The Classic Edition includes 30 games like "Super Mario Bros." and "The Legend of Zelda". It features 21 built-in games like "Super Mario World" and "The Legend of Zelda".

So far, the news has been well-received in the gaming community, especially since many were concerned that the supply will not be able to accommodate the fans' demand.

In addition, more units of Super NES Classic Edition will ship on its september 29 launch day in the USA than were shipped of NES Classic Edition all past year, with subsequent shipments arriving in stores regularly.
