For the first time, Rory McIlroy and Jordan Spieth will compete at TPC River Highlands, while Jason Day returns for the first time in three years, giving the tournament three players ranked in the top half-dozen in the world rankings.

For Day, Spieth and McIlroy, there's no better time than the present to find their mid-season form. After back-to-back seasons of finishing inside the top 10 in strokes gained: putting on the PGA Tour, Spieth is now 40th on that list today and is fresh from one his most pedestrian performances at the U.S. Open where he needed 122 putts.

Five of the top 15 players in the world are coming to TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut, just 10 minutes south of Hartford, along with six players who finished inside the top 10 in last week's U.S. Open at Erin Hills outside Milwaukee. It is one of the shortest courses on tour but Driving Distance or Accuracy doesn't really man a lot here.

I think so. They can take a page out of Bubba Watson's book. "He's going to have to play incredible golf because those guys that I named, I mean, they're capable of shooting unbelievable scores".

They provide free day care for players' children and family outings to places such as amusement parks.

Spieth's rounds at the U.S. Open see-sawed, from a third-round 76 to a final-round 69. With Jim Furyk making so many birdies on the day, perhaps Miguel Angel Carballo just got used to writing them down and after Furyk missed his birdie opportunity on the 14th, Carballo went ahead and wrote down a "3" anyway. "So to be able to get something like that to here, the little things like that go a long way". Though the second major champion of the year, Brooks Koepka, won't be playing, there are still plenty of big names ready to tee off.

He hands out the boxes of sweets to his friends and sometimes his rivals. I try and play well for myself, my family, my sponsors and all of that. "It really is kind of a big deal". His form was excellent prior to the MC, so a poor effort at Erin Hills shouldn't be concerning. Beyond that, no one statistical area is key, although most approach shots come from the 150- to 200-yard range.

It's time to pick your optimal daily fantasy DraftKings golf lineup for this week's tournament (June 22-25), the Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Conn. I felt I built up a good relationship with Tiger over the last few years. You have to say, 'Hey, it's a major.
